ChaseClock (a working name) is a product in development, run by Pall Magnusson in the UK. Pall is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: pall@pallmagnusson.com.
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, which form you used (top of the page, bottom of the page or the calculator page) and the date and time. To help block spam we also record your browser's user-agent string and the country Cloudflare sees your connection coming from. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on these pages, and the calculator runs in your browser: the figures you enter are not sent to us.
Only to send you updates about the waitlist and to tell you when ChaseClock launches, including founding-member pricing. We won't sell your email or share it for anyone else's marketing. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your details are held in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
Until ChaseClock launches and we've sent the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it. If the product doesn't go ahead, we'll delete the whole list.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email pall@pallmagnusson.com and we'll reply within one month. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
